"To Relieve hunger in granville county"

Every person whose life is improved or saved, stems from an act of generosity that’s purely voluntary. That’s why helping is so extraordinary when you do it.

HELP uS to help others

Your generosity makes our work possible. Since the pandemic in March 2020, ACIM has been providing food to 150-250 people each Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

How much strength did it take to pack and distribute over 1.6 million pounds of food ACIM collected and gave away last fiscal year to relieve hunger? It took a massive amount of volunteers! ACIM has already logged over 12,000 volunteer hours this year, but there is more food to collect, pack and distribute! We welcome your assistance!

NEED FOOD?

ACIM provides food to Granville County residents on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays) from 9:00 - 11:30am.

In the event of inclement weather, ACIM closes if Granville County Schools are closed. If Granville County Schools operate on a delay, ACIM will do its best to open as usual–depending on the ability of staff and volunteers to travel in safely to work.

SERVICES

ACIM saves millions of pounds of healthy food from being thrown away and reroutes it, along with other food, to people who need it.

ABOUT US

Since 1985, ACIM has been providing food and non-food items to Granville County residents at their point of need as a result of partnerships and donations.
